The Administration and Public Works Committee met in Closed Session without taking the votes to do so in public. The Sunshine Law mandates such actions happen in a public meeting. Council Committees meetings are scheduled once a month in the evenings so that the public can attend and be advised of all closed sessions. Their violates the law and the trust of residents.
The notices for these meetings was posted inside City Hall where literally no one would see unless they happen to be in the building.
